The Parent Information Portal is a way of viewing your child’s immunisation history, blood spot screening results, changing health visitor clinic appointments (such as the health reviews or advice clinics). Certain appointment letters are uploaded to the portal, and there is also a large resources section on there. You will also receive notifications specific to your child’s age (such as reminders when immunisations are due or topical public health information). If your child is in year R or year 6 and due their height and weight from the National Childhood Measurement Programme (NCMP) you will be able to view this result too.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to see your child’s GP or hospital records and appointments. This is because the portal has been created for the 0-19 Health Visiting, School Nursing and Family Nurse Partnership services.
